Think back to the most formative learning experiences of your life. What do they have in common?
Most likely, your greatest moments of learning were also your greatest moments of transformation – you were challenged and changed as a result.
I’ve undergone a few transformations myself: beginning my career as an opera singer, then becoming a teacher of French and English literature, and ultimately finding a niche as a consultant focused on learning and performance strategy. Navigating these endeavors, as well as work three different continents, has meant learning for me is sometimes a joy, sometimes survival, and always an adventure.
The same is true for organizations: learning is at the heart of both innovation and success. It doesn’t need to happen in a classroom or LMS (sometimes the best learning happens outside of traditional contexts). Transformative learning empowers employees, gives them confidence to excel, and moves businesses forward.
If this message speaks to you, let’s talk! We can problem-solve, define a clear strategy, and create learning experiences that spark curiosity, target real needs, and make a measurable difference.
